Collaborative leadership role at IHG with internal cross functional stakeholders and external vendors to deliver strategy/goal planning across Global IT operations and drive CMMi maturity for operations excellence above Industry standard.  Spanning two decades at General Motors Corp., played various roles from being a Global Program Manager driving complex IT solutions for various global business processes (Sales, Services & Marketing, Manufacturing and Engineering, Supply Chain, HR and finance) to an Information Officer role at Latin America & Asia Pacific regions. Responsible for the transition from EDS ownership to other vendors such as HP, IBM, Cap-Gemini, etc. as a part of the Contract management leadership team, As an IT executive at KMART led re-engineering efforts from design to delivery of the retailers supply chain systems and large-scale implementation of systems.
