Workforce Development & Government Programs

Directs, develops, and implements systems and processes related to the oversight of Workforce Development, Training, and Employee Engagement. Develops and oversees relationships with ecosystem partners and government agencies while leading the charge on recruiting, grants, and other initiatives. Ensures all operational areas align with the PeopleShores mission.
