He has a proven track record of driving transformative growth through early customer wins and strategic alliances. Sunil specializes in opening new markets, generating early revenue, and building trust with strategic customers. Sunil has held leadership roles at companies such as CoWare (acquired by Synopsys), Akridata, Virsec, and Virident (acquired by Western Digital). In these roles, he led strategic partnerships and business development initiatives, bringing new technologies to market. With a track record across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the US, he offers cultural fluency and a global perspective. Sunil’s expertise spans diverse domains, including semiconductors, cybersecurity, AI, and cloud services, aligning perfectly with PeopleShores’ mission to provide technology-oriented careers to underserved communities.  As COO, he will leverage his expertise in team development, metrics-driven execution, and strategic thinking to advance PeopleShores’ mission of creating opportunities in underserved communities and scale their impact sourcing model.
