Process Lead, Clarksdale

Stephanie Jones was born in Clarksdale, MS in 1981. She graduated from Coahoma Agricultural High School in 1999.

Stephanie Jones is a Business Process Associate with People Shores. A company that establishes tech centers in underserved communities to deliver high- quality digital transformation and business process services. 

Before devoting her work full time to People Shores, Stephanie served as a Repossession Administrator/Collector for Fidelity Information Services (FIS) whose client included State Farm.  

Stephanie has over 15 years’ experience in customer service and over 5 years in collections experience. The companies she has worked for include Convergys, Fanatics, G C Services and Radius Global Solutions.  

She Says- My goal is to utilize my skills and training in my community in ways that will get the people of my community career ready and focus on a brighter future.
