Kenyatta Brown
Head of Operations
Kenyatta joined the Peoples Shores family in June 2024. He is responsible for day-to-day planning, measuring and execution of the call center’s service, quality, operations and leadership strategies. He has an extensive background in Operations, Training and Quality with a total of 15 years in customer service. He previously worked at Chime Solutions, as Sr Director of Learning & Development. He also worked at Ryla Teleservice and Alorica, as the Training Manager for the Verizon campaign. Kenyatta has a passion for cultivating employees through coaching and development, to ensure consistency in meeting and exceeding client’s quality, metrics, and service expectations. Kenyatta is a native of Mobile, Alabama. Kenyatta is a graduate of Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama.
