Froncella is a highly experienced customer experience leader who excels at developing high-performing teams and leaders. Prior to PeopleShores, Froncella spent more than 15 years enhancing the customer service function at several major telecommunications organizations, including Comcast, Time Warner, AT&T, and C-Spire. She holds a BS in Education from the University of Wyoming, and a MA in Business communications from Jones International University. Froncella is a lifelong learner and is currently completing a People Manager Qualification (PMQ) with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is passionate about fostering a positive work culture, emphasizing servant leadership and the growth and well-being of her teams. Her most rewarding experiences are helping her employees discover their passions and develop their talents. Away from work, Froncella is an animal lover and advocate, enjoys playing piano, and is a PAVO and USAV Certified Volleyball Official at the high school, club, and college levels.
