HR Director

Bina Patel has been an entrepreneur in business for most of her life. She has had the capacity to develop, organize, and manage small business ventures in two different countries over a span of 34 years. As the HR Director at PeopleShores, she continues to use her expertise in business administration and project management to best serve all of the company’s employees.

Being a humanitarian, Bina has had the opportunity to volunteer at many non-profit organizations and has gone on to organize a number of large events as an Event Coordinator which she continues to pursue to this day. She believes in serving her community in whatever way she can and hopes her impact at PeopleShores continues this trajectory.

With her personal time, Bina enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, cooking her favorite dishes, reading a good book, painting, hiking and traveling.
