Executive Training - RCM

Position Summary:

The RCM Trainer is responsible for driving training excellence and quality performance across Revenue Cycle Management operations. This role designs, develops, and delivers end-to-end training programs covering billing processes, compliance, and customer interaction standards. The trainer partners with operational leadership to identify skill gaps, implement targeted learning interventions, and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Acting as a subject matter resource, the role supports workflow oversight, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and accuracy. The position also leads the development of standardized training materials, knowledge bases, and quality control frameworks to ensure consistency across teams. Success in this role requires strong facilitation skills, operational knowledge of RCM functions, and the ability to translate complex processes into effective learning solutions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including onboarding, process training, and customer service.

  • Conduct sessions covering end-to-end RCM workflows (e.g., prior authorization, insurance verification, denial management) with compliance focus.

  • Assess training needs through performance reviews and audits, then implement targeted learning solutions.

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, presentations, and knowledge base content with updates for regulations and process changes.

  • Establish quality control processes by auditing work, tracking metrics, and providing structured feedback and coaching.

  • Act as a work leader by managing daily workflows, scheduling coverage, and answering procedural or policy-related queries.

  • Monitor training effectiveness using evaluations and performance data, continuously improving programs.

  • Partner with stakeholders and vendors to enhance curriculum and maintain a centralized knowledge base for large teams.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Trainer for Provider Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) preferred
  • Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and facilitation abilities. Ability to adapt training techniques for diverse learning needs. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Trainer Certification: Mandatory completion of internal certification process, including calling and quality evaluations.

Pay: 

$15-$16/hr
