Job Title: Director, Delivery

Job duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time

Job Duties: Review all client deliverables to ensure quality delivery. Prepare and maintain a role-based induction pathway to facilitate the smooth induction of new members to the project team. Create visibility pertaining to the tasks assigned through regular status reports, filling timesheets, or by updating tasks in the task tracker. Coordinate with team members to finalize scope and agree upon acceptance criteria for the milestone wise deliverables. Arrange presentations for bidding for new projects, enhancements to existing project(s), and technology updates/suggestions. Defining and driving strategies for smooth and timely project deliveries. Define projects scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Reduce escalation volume and assist in leading improvements by monitoring and developing dashboards to proactively monitor trends and customer escalations and using data to recommend technical and/or business process changes to meet expectations and/or optimize productivity. Understand business and technology needs to deliver solutions that meet the business objectives and align with the enterprise architectural tenets. Facilitating and reporting on daily and/or weekly stand-ups to ensure appropriate visibility of key customer issues including escalation status reporting, statistics, trending analysis, issue status activities, and resources. Review documents such as client strategies and program/project plans, time and cost estimates, risk and issue register and mitigation plan etc. Review all project(s) as per defined by success metrices; tracking account progress as per defined financial targets, quality parameter and resource headcount; manage project schedule, cost & quality & provide feedback. Design and propose solutions and build strategy. Prepare schedule and cost estimates for new projects and initiatives. Assist and direct cross-functional teams and early identification of risk and dependencies through planning and tracking. Plan mitigation for identified risk.

Job Requirements: Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering (Any), Computer Information Systems, IT or any related field + 2 years of experience in the job offered, Business Analyst, Project Management Analyst, Project Manager, or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering (Any), Computer Information Systems, IT or any related field the employer will accept 4 years of experience in the job offered, Business Analyst, Project Management Analyst, Project Manager, or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US.

Salary Range: $47,341.00/Year to $140,000.00/Year
